Justice Dept. Releases Massive Torture Report

I’m crashing on a piece and unfortunately can’t dig through this now, but if you’re so inclined, the Justice Dept’s inspector general just released a mammoth report into FBI agents’ years-old complaints  (cough CIA DOD cough) that other agencies have been torturing terrorism detainees. Tell me in comments what I should be paying attention to. More later.
