Court rules against Rep. Scott of Mich. on recall election again
Rep. Paul Scott was delivered another setback by the Michigan Supreme Court on Wednesday when the justices ruled that his recall election would take place on Nov. 8 as originally planned.
Scott originally tried to have the entire recall election canceled but the state’s high court rejected that bid. Then he asked them to delay the actual vote until February, which the court has now rejected as well.
