Four years of obstruction and a (for them) piddling $2.5 million fine.  Yes, that&#039;s definitely a &quot;model for industry&quot;, or rather a &quot;model FOR INDUSTRY&quot;.  Regulatory capture and a gang of marauders in Congress pursuing environmental rapine.
